The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and informative. The facilities in the rooms were amazing. The room had everything you could imagine needing right down to a small dishwasher and washing machine. Everything was put together really well. There was a lot of thought put into these beautiful rooms. The bed was really comfortable. Everything was explained well. The craftsmanship superb. The terraces restaurant had really excellent food with a lot of creativity and the waiter staff (especially Vinden) had a wonderful presentation style and made an effort to tell the story behind the food and also the stunning art and nice decor the room. Walking around the property was a joy and the pools are great. Lots of great things for kids including a trampoline. A wonderful experience in the hotel. The hotel is in easy walking distance to a pharmacy, superb grocery store with excellent fresh foods and everything you need. It is walking distance to dental and medical clinic. The hotel is close to Centro commercial, the aquarium, the gondola and all the great facilities at parque das nações, the metro and busses. In short super facilities in walking distance to lots of the great things in Lisboa with great staff that really tries. If I could give them 11 stars if I would. It is a young facility (only two months old) with eager young staff trying to make it better and better. This place will give any hotel in Lisboa excellent competition and make the whole city better. More people need to try it.

The property exceed our expectations. I went with my wife and my mother-in-law and our two year old daughter. The apartment itself was very modern with great space and every amenity we needed. It was overall a great experience. We were worried about the construction which is mentioned in other reviews, however, we found that it was never a problem for us in terms of noise. Overall, great stay and would recommend it.
