This hotel s everything we wanted it to be and more! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I needed something from the pharmacy so they went and bought it for me, they delivered food to us from the restaurant (which is next door), they delivered our final bill and completed check out in our room rather than at reception, they booked a taxi back to the airport, carried all luggage without any requests being made....They were fantastic! The grounds are stunning, lots of green grass and flowers and trees plus multiple pools. Connecting to pura vida next door was also great because that was also a beautiful place, and it had a kids playpark which was a massive bonus! The actual apartment was fantastic, so much space and everything we needed was there. We had a two bed poolside apt and it was really spacious. I'd happily stay here again.

The unit is big enough to accomodate us and has already the amenities we needed (esp the mineral water). The staff are great, accomodating and easy to deal with, was happy to suggest about laundry and transport to make everything easy. The surrounding is quiet at night thus giving us a good night sleep.
