Spacious rooms, comfy beds and good WiFi. The family the runs the hotel is very welcoming and accommodating (they ordered pizzas for us when we arrived late). The breakfast is simple but nice, including bread, jam, fruit, juice and coffee/tea. The view from the rooms was beautiful!

Everything was perfect. It's a bit outside of town, so very quiet, beautiful view and only 15 min walk to the beautiful center of urubamba. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant is amazing as well

This is a really beautiful apartment - spacious, lovely view, comfortable beds. Good wifi - I was online on a course for two days when I stayed here and the connection was great. The flat is well equipped and very nicely laid out. The host was accommodating and offered assistance with trips/transport though I didn't have any needs during my stay. In the centre of town though not too noisy. The town is a good location to visit nearby attractions, and I also enjoyed the locaility of the town (not as touristy as others), and some great restaurants.

We loved staying here. we planned to stay 3 nights and ended up staying 16 nights and we will even come back for Xmas. We loved our room which was great value for money. You have a lot of space to move around and beautiful views of the mountain covered in clouds, really nice interaction with the other guests and the owners help you with everything that you could want. Thank you to Fiorella and all the team for their kindness and hospitality. We loved our stay, everything was just perfect. The tents are luxurious and the whole place surrounded by nature is so beautiful. We stayed for 2 nights and spent most of the time on site enjoying the peace, doing yoga, enjoying camp fires and delicious food. There are also wonderful attractions close by in the sacred valley so this a perfect base for exploring too. We were expecting beautiful… But this place is spectacular. So much care and consideration has gone into the building of this valley retreat, from the beautifully landscaped gardens to the cosy and comfortable villas. There are even a couple of resident alpacas and three rabbits that roam the garden. It’s even more lovely than the photos show. Onsite housekeeper Yuly was so friendly and helpful, and owner Gustavo was very responsive with his recommendation for an excellent driver and transport for the 3 days. Both he and Yuly provided exceptional customer service. Another reviewer commented that this is the best place they stayed during their entire 6 month stay in South America… I would go further and say this is one of the best places we have stayed all over the world (and we have travelled a lot). Thank you so much, we came a very long way to be here and we very much hope to return one day.

The staff was lovely ,very polite, helpful and super friendly. We had a bad experience with trains being delayed in ollantaytambo due to the political situation in Peru and the staff was so caring and protective of us . They also brought us a bag with food to take to the train to Macchu Picchu , so thoughtful . I was traveling with my 2 young adult children and their support made the trip much easier bearing in mind we arrived to urubamba during a political chaotic time in Peru
