Very clean and nice luxurious villa. All were facilities are really good swimming pool jaccuzi and cinema room all were wonderful

Simply good The villa is so good and main attractions are there to be swimming pool and jacuzzi steam room and digital cinema

I think its a very underrated villa resort in Raz Al hadd in my opinion .we are bit of surprised It is a new property as well very clean as well too friendly staffs are there very secured place nice swimming pool jaccuzi and awesome digital theatre experience amazing sunset experience

We loved our stay here because we felt so much like at home. The children played with the lovely staff, we were able to do laundry, take rest in the lovely outdoor rest areas. The village of Ras Al Hadd is very peaceful, the beach stunning and Salem provides every morning a dolphin tour on his own boat which is a must do. The dinner with fish bbq is also delicious

The simplicity of the location Guest house located near the lagoon/Beach Easy to park in front. Just a remark: there is no bank/ATM in the village so be prepare to have cash on you (the nearest ATM is in Sur).

Friendly and cooperative staff. Very close to the turtles beach. AC in the rooms. Concept of multi-room villas. Amazing beach in walk distance!
