Such a lovely place! Clean, well-furnished and comfy cottage. Quiet and peaceful environment away from the town centre yet conveniently near enough. Tracey and Colin are superb hosts, made us feel right at home, giving us useful tips on things to do and see. Wonderful to interact with their resident pets - dogs, chickens and horses. Highly recommended!!

The view overlooking Rotorua and the nature reserve behind the house with the sheep roaming in the fields was quite a treat. The apartment was well equipped to make our breakfasts and the rooms were spacious. Loved having our own coffee machine.

The location of the unit was close to the spa.we did have far to go. I loved the spa. Shower pressure was nice. The fact we were able to cook a meal as you had all the house utilities.

We had such a lovely stay even though we were only here for a night. The property was close to many attractions in Rotorua, and Dave was very friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and was very spacious. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and were glad we managed to meet the cats! A nice breakfast was also prepared for us by Dave in the morning, and it was delicious. Thank you so much for being so accommodating :)
