Always nice to be greeted and welcomed to the property and given a tour of the home and the adjacent property. Karen and Gary are truly wonderful hosts - they went over and above for me. The tiny house is very well appointed with modern up to date appliances and some very nice NZ accents. Great WIFI and a wonderful sitting are outside that looks over the pond. This is a gem of a property with hosts to match. Ten out of ten!

Perfection at its greatest!! Attention to detail in every aspect to make a stay memorable. A very friendly owner of property giving an amazing Irish welcome (appreciated particularly by us) Breakfast included with yummy jam and marmalade!! A tour of his property prior to leaving and wine available to purchase. On holiday for a month, spending usually only one night per stay and this one will never be forgotten.

This was the nicest appartment we had during our 6 weeks on the North Island. Miranda and Nick are superb hosts with their refreshing British humour and great hospitality. They invited us for a glas of wine on the patio and we learned quite a few things about New Zealand and got suggestions for things to do in the area. The apartment has all we needed, especially a fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances and a barbecue near the pool. We took some fresh thyme and rosemary from the garden. A full breakfast was in the fridge: fresh fruit, bread and butter, yoghurt, marmalade, orange juice and eggs. Wish we knew before how nice this place is, we would spent more than only two nights there. Thanks, Miranda and Nick!
