Normally I don’t rate a stay a 10/10 (I travel often), but this time AJ residence proved that they deserve the 10/10. Firstly, the communication was perfect, they responded very quickly and I felt very welcome with their messages. The room was comfortable and very clean, I mean very very clean and not a bit of dust! Amenities was great and nothing was missing. The staff was very kind and they make sure you feel home, that’s their motto. The location was great, lots of shops, eateries, malls, nightmarkets nearby. The property is situated within Mercure Hotel, and is on one of the residential floors rather than hotel floors. Very comfortable apartment, 2 bedroom and 2 washrooms as described, with a kitchenette equipped with minimal cooking utensils, which is not a problem for us because it was super easy to get food with many eateries and the jetty just within walking distance for fresh seafood. Room was very clean. Self-check in is extremely straightforward, with key card for the lift picked up from the side of the building and room access is via a password keypad. Eilvane is super easy to get in touch with, and super responsive, and also kindly provided some snacks, water and also parking coupons as well for parking outside of the apartment. She is also full of suggestions and ideas for great food options and things to do! View from the rooftop floor with a cafe was breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again in the future! Highly recommended! Thank you so much Eilvane for making our stay a memorable one!

-location is fantastic with 3min walk to the Jesselton quay, it is so easy to walk there taking boat to islands -room is very spacious with splendid sea view. You can enjoy beautiful sunset in the room. -two bed rooms with comfortable beds; toilet facilities with everything and shower works perfect; washing machine is very helpful -kitchen with all cooking things you can make some simple breakfast. But you no need to cook because many shops and restaurants downstairs and nearby; -there are more facilities making the money even worthy -top floor (32th) has a fantastic balcony with 360 degrees of sea view and city view. -swimming pool on floor 7 is very nice too, for both adults and children friendly -self check in is very smooth with great communication with the owner, who helps us on other request eg asking for more toilet paper or towels
