The dar is located in an almost abandoned ancient ksar - a fortified berber village. It is owned and run by Mustapha, who restored the place himself. For a slice of Morocco, it can't be beat. Our room had a spacious terrace looking out over the palm grove, and the dinner and breakfast were both great.

The place is like an enchanted oasis. It is so beautiful that all your time there will feel like part of the movie. Every corner will surprise you with local artifacts displayed with great taste. There is an opportunity to walk around the property through the palms to the old village. The breakfast is tasty.

Absolutely amazing spot. You live in the middle of an abonded old village. Feels like traveling back in time.

The location in the old village and the quality of the accommodation. Ismael also showed us around the old town and nearby Agdz as well as helped us organise dinner in the old Kasbah. It was the best stop in our Morocco trip. Would recommend anyone to stay here but unlike us make it more than one night

Really beautiful place - the whole village is a glimpse of the past and much more traditional and beautiful than Ait ben haddou! The house is above the valley and you have a really nice view! The terrace is the best place of the house. Ismael is a very good host.
The dinner we had on top of the nearby kashbah was very tasty.

Loved everything about it: located between the old village and the palmeraie, food was home-made and delicious (and very abundant!), room and house was beautiful, garden gorgeous and quiet. Really felt at home.
