We got everything that we were expecting, good price for a room, very kind and helpful owner, she prepared takeaway breakfast at 5:30am because we had a train at 6am :) beautiful tea plantations all around. Thank you for having us!

The hotel is charming, cozy and has a very homely feeling. It feels like you are in someones home. The rooms are big and spacious, incl the bathrooms. The hotel has a lovely garden in the backyard and I believe most rooms have an outdoor patio. The food/restaurant is very good too. We had almost all our meals at the hotel and the menu has many different variations such as local cuisine, arab, chinese, western etc. The staff is all very kind, gentle and goes the extra mile for you and your needs. The hotel is located approx 10min walking distance from the city center. You wont regret staying here at all!

Spacious, clean rooms and a comfortable bed. Hot shower which is really nice in the sometimes chilly evenings of Nuwara Eliya. The host is wonderful and does everything to help you. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice, as well as the dinner.

The location of this cabin is quite far from the main town, but for good reason, as the view from up here is amazing! When we arrived at the cabin, Roshan our host, was there to welcome us and show us the beautiful cabin space. Two rooms with king sized beds, and at the attic there were another two king sized beds. In total, it was possible to sleep 8 people. Needless to say, it was so spacious and comfortable for my group of 3. As we were hungry by the time we reached the cabin, Roshan offered to order food delivery for us and we all had some chicken rice with vegetables for our dinner which was great after a long day of traveling by car. The cabin space has very accessible balconies where you can watch the sunrise from, and at the attic you could even watch them from the bed or sofa if you wished. There are staircases to climb here, but the team was able to help us with our luggage no problem. The whole space is quite self contained, with a working kitchen, hot water in the bathroom, and enough blankets to keep us warm throughout the night. We also had a very tasty breakfast and they were able to accommodate to my diet (gluten free and dairy free). We also had fresh flowers in every room, which is a beautiful touch! All in all I would highly recommend this hotel because it is a unique spot located at a secluded location which gives you privacy, and amazing views.

The service is extremely enthusiastic, offering to help with luggage proactively. The homestay owner's child greeted me with a handcrafted Chinese postcard, which was truly unbelievable. The welcome was done with great care and I could feel it. The next morning, I woke up early and the homestay couple also woke up early to prepare a delicious breakfast for me, which moved me deeply. Of course, everything in the room was great, and it was wonderful to enjoy the quietness at night. Located on a hillside, not far from the lake and city center, within walking distance for a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle.Until we meet again.
