Our stay in Luna laguna has been one of the biggest highlight of our trip in Sri Lanka. The hotel is near the lagoon in a very well maintained garden. What we loved the most: - The place. everything in this hotel is breathtaking. The swimming pool, the rooms, the garden have a charm that make it so special. - The food. A special huge thanks to the talented chef that offered us the best food we had in Sri Lanka. You deserve a big reward for your job. - The people. Special advise: Kalpitiya is a very small town with not much to see but the lagoon is breathtaking for any water sport, for sure the best time to start or practice kite, wingfoil, sailboard

We stayed as a couple for 11 days in this beautiful cottage 1 minute from the beach. It is so quiet and you can relax and retreat very well. There is also a whale skeleton and several beaches are within walking distance. It is also a kitesurfing paradise and there are many donkeys here. You can easily cater for yourself, but there are also several restaurants nearby. The owners are next door and are happy to help at every opportunity. We would come back any time. :-)

100% lovely! 🔥🌴 This is the place where you keep extending your stay because you found a treasure filled with kindness, waving palm trees and chill vibes. You will have your own beachy house with relaxing chairs on the terrace where you can hang out, read a book or pet the cute dogs & cats that playfully guard you. If you are as lucky as I was, your cozy home has an outdoor shower directly under a palmtree!! I loved it! Harshan and his lovely side kicks Mom and Aunt make you feel welcome from the moment you enter the gate and make sure you have the best time with everything you need. The food they cook is amazing and I would highly recommend you ask the ladies to cooked what they would like to cook that day; they will keep surprising your tast buds with fresh new flavors! Your new Sri Lankan Mom can prepare a big ass squid in 15 min. and it was the best meal I had in Sri Lanka (and I do no even like squid, haha). Perfect for sporty guests, because the windsurf & kite school is only a 10 min. walk down the road, you can go for a work out in the gym or do yoga in the garden. More layback? Not to worrry; take a free bicycle for a spin to the other side of the bay and relax! Many many thanks for my wonderfull stay! I treasure it and will think about you when I wear my sari (I got a free folding lesson)! ❤️

Definitely worth going!!! The owners are super helpful. We felt like at home. You can rent scooter from them in a really good money! It was so easy to move around thanks to that!!! They served us delicious breakfasts and dinners (amazing rice with seafood)! Amazing spot close to kalpitya beach for kitesurfing. Just keep in mind that in budget room you don't have a hot water :) for us budget was okay :)

Very clean. Everything was new and it semelles amazing. The caretaker was very polite and cooked is incredible dinner. If you want to do the Safari, this place is perfect. We booked a Safari with getyourguide but you can also book directly with them.
