Rangala House is one of the best places we have ever stayed in. From when you walk through the door off the mountain road and are greeted by the owner and staff and see the breathtaking view from the balcony area, the high standard of accommodation and professionalism of the staff is very apparent. The interior is beautifully furnished, rooms very comfortable, the food is 5 star and the views and garden absolutely stunning. We also loved walking through the nearby tea plantations which the owner provides detail advice about. It was perfect and a credit to the vision of the owner.

Absolutely wonderful. Just sorry we were only there 1 night. Ideal accommodation to get down to Victoria Resevoir for the seaplane or if you are a golfer. Lovely gardens with a very clean swimming pool, steam and sauna and also a jacuzzi. Location, room, food and all those we interacted with on site were exceptional. We were well looked after by the chefs Mr Anoora and Mr Benidict and also by barman/waiter Ayesh.

You can bring your food and cook all the electric appliances are there ..i felt like staying more but i will go there again..very very very romantic atmosphere. Very peaceful environment , outside of busy city. Soothing sounds of birds, cicadas , watching fireflies at night. Comfy room, very clean , very friendly owner and staff . Great place when in / around Kandy and one wants to avoid the city noise . Swimming pool was a great bonus!
