The apartment was very clean, looks new, modern designed. Two rooms equipped with two AC, all kitchen tools available along with all bathroom tools. All apartments comfortable as its in first floor. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The area was safe and provided with security. The apartments was close to Mega Mall. We like the staying in Loft and will be great choice to come back again.

Really nice property with secure entrance. The owner met us there to show us how to get in etc. Really good communication and was patient when our flight was delayed and we arrived later than arranged. Property itself was lovely and we enjoyed our stay there.

We had the opportunity to live in 3 apartments of the same owner during the few days we spent in Almaty. The apartments are great. They have full household appliances and even a dryer for hanging out laundry. The location is very good. Close to everything. We covered 140 km on foot. There are bus stops and metro close to the apartments. Your manager Olga is a big asset. A very nice and helpful person. If you need anything don't hesitate to ask. She answers in English and Russian.

It is wonderful place, cozy, clean, full equipped, wonderful and lovely owner, very secure, most of facilities around the place. Owner provided drinking water an chocolate :).
