The place is amazing. Big clean rooms with lots of hangers, comfy beds, nice upstairs balcony to work on or to space out on, nice downstairs bar area with hammocks to chill in or to space out on, huge well equipped common kitchen which I did not use. Hostess Ellen is an awesome and funny lady. MPai Village gives a real island feeling with great foods, tiny size, actual resident locals unlike Saracen beach, fun laughs and the occasional water and power cut.

We had an amazing tent front view on the sea. It is not a luxury place, so if you are looking for the resort vibe (cell network,hotwater,pool) this is not the place for you. If you are ok with simplicity (an amazing big tent), you will love the experience because it is like being in a hidden paradise. The hosts are french and are super kind, there is a lovely common area where to gather in the evening, they have a fire place where they make BBQ and pizzas and the atmosphere is just perfect.

It's a new guesthouse and very clean with really nice en-suite room. Really nice after travelling in hostels for so long. Very close to the beach and shops/restaurants. Sam was a great host and had many recommendations for the best places to eat and knew everything there was to know about things to do. (Thanks again for the poker games too!!). She even helped us book our onwards travel. The dog is very funny, we had a great night with him singing for us! Thanks again, we would highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future.

A beautiful location with the beach at your door step. Private section of the beach so nice and quiet, it is a bit of a walk down the beach to get to the other resort restaurants but wouldn’t trade it as the staff maintains the beach including picking up rubbish & leafs so it is a lot cleaner here. The restaurant had amazing food which is the best we have had in Cambodia, you are able to create a tab for the restaurant which was helpful as we ate there 3x daily for 5days and the staff were very attentive and friendly. You can pay with card or cash which is super helpful.

Very sweet hostfamily, super helpful and friendly. Amazing garden and great vibes, clean accommodation and free water refill. The placing of the guesthouse is great close to the beach and restaurants, but still quiet at night.

We had the best time at sunny bungalow. The staff was super friendly and helpful and even sent my powerbank through cambodia after i forgot it in the bungalow. We did not have a big problem with mosquitos or bugs, the mosquito net helped a lot. The beach outside is beautiful and other beaches are reachable by foot. I would definitely come back!

Wonderful spot for a getaway, friendly atmosphere, cool breezy lounge , cozy rooms for all budgets. Yoga classes and yoga space, The food was great. We will definitely be returning ASAP. Mpai Bai has the best clear water and some of the best short walking / canoeing distance snorkeling spots. Which make it one of the best locations on the islands. There was even some glowing plankton in the water at night. Right off the shore

We loved our stay at Happiness Guesthouse so much we kept extending! A really beautiful house right by the sea, with a great balcony for relaxing and hosted by a lovely family. We would definitely return here, 100% recommend!!

Such a sweet place in M’pai Bay, I would recommend to anyone who plans to visit Koh Rong Sanloem to go to this side of the island as well. The village has very nice community of locals and westerns that help you with everything, tell you where to go to eat and party (if up for that). We got warned by someone else that we get bored after one night in the village, but decided to stay for 5 nights in the end since it was so nice. Ing Ing offers good food (please try falafel wrap, it’s the best!), amazing Landry services (they removed stuck stain from my white dress) and in general they are super sweet people :)
