Everything! We were met by Asai who explained everything we needed to know including payments, food options, rentals etc. Bungalows are lovely and have a fan which was absolutely fine for us. There are only 6 and they are spaced out from each other so you feel you have privacy. Each bungalow had a nice outdoor seating area. The restaurant served amazing food, we had breakfast every day and dinner once and was really good with very, very generous portions! It's also a lovely setting and if you climb a few stairs there is a rooftop platform for lounging on. Kayaks are available for rental which would be perfect as the property is based amongst the mangroves, unfortunately we didn't get to to this as they were booked out! And yes, the river otter is still there and very cute! You will hear him coming when the dogs go mental lol. As per other reviews it is in a rural location, however based on our research of reviews and being able to ride bikes, this was no problem for us. However even if you don't drive, its a great location for just chilling and relaxing! Property can also support you with tuk tuks to and from the pier. We had a great stay, thank you to Lin, Asai, Lily and family!

My stay at Golden Beach Resort was truly unforgettable. The location is breathtaking, with stunning beachfront views and easy access to local attractions. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Great wooden cabin with private bathroom in "jungle" setting. 5 minute walk from the harbour up a slight hill. Clean and comfortable bed with mosquito net over. Big room, big bathroom, extra side room. Hot shower. Bedside shelves with plug sockets. Good lighting, private balcony with a hammock, table & 2 chairs. We booked an extra 2 night's. Would definitely recommend. It's a wooden building with gaps, expect visitors.

Such a magical and special place, everything in this guesthouse is made with love, the outdoor area, the food, the atmosphere. Hun and his family are lovely and always helpful. I spent more than a week here and every day when I came back from exploring I felt like I had returned home. It's peaceful, the view is breathtaking and I can look at it for hours. Prek Svay is such a small, beautiful village, I would love to stay longer. The secluded beach is a 40 minute walk from here and you can get back by motorcycle cab. The beds are so comfortable, I slept very well. The only thing I suggest is to renew the bunkbeds in the dorm as they are quite loud. Thank you Hun&family for a wonderful time in a special place 🫶🏼 I wish you all the best!

I loved the property, the location on the beach front was unreal!! The local village of Koh Touch is amazing. All the staff were nice and I would definitely recommend it!

My room was amazing, a highlight in itself. It was on stilts and made from bamboo - so cool, I spent hours just chilling on the hammock. Such a nice view of the beach and sinoukville. It is basic but you get a balcony, hammock, double bed and fan for an incredibly low price (I think roughly 8 aud).

We were welcomed warmly. All the staff was very helpfull and kind. We booked the treehouse and the view was amazing! The treehouse itself was very cosy, beautiful and clean. In the morning, you can wake up with a stunning view and monkeys on your terrace :). The shuttle from the pier to the hotel was also very good! Great food, drinks and the most amazing atmosphere! The swimming pool was also great! After leaving the hotel, I saw that I lost my ring there. After calling, the staff immediately searched for it and brought my ring to the other part of the island! 100% recommend this stay!
