Our japanese room was fantastic - with tatami, futons and yukatas. In the morning I chose the japanese breakfast and it was good decision :) Absolutely perfect, very friendly staff (they stored our luggae during our trip to Kyoto - thank You!) The location of the hotel is really good - close to the metro station and some good restaurants (hidden gems!)

The apartment was clean and had the necessities for the week we stayed there. We've been staying at hotels with little room for luggage, so I appreciated the closet and extra space to pack our souvenirs and hang our clothes. I used the washer twice and enjoyed using the bathroom drying feature to dry our clothes. Another great thing was that Skytree was viewable from our room entrance!

Specious bright room with excellent interior design, equipped kitchen, many amenities and room for strage, balcony, even washing machine was there! Table with two chairs (normal size) made it comfortable to eat small meals. I could leave there for few weeks easily. Very nice and helpful personel, I was able to check in 1h earlier than allowed without any extra payment. Ceiling in the shower was at 190 cm which is not much higher than I am, but it wasn't problematic at all to take the shower.

I guess like all affordable accommodation in Tokyo Section L is compact, but the setup is very new and super well organised making it very comfy and workable for a family of 4. There's a convenience store within a minute or two walk and the very close proximity to the fish market makes it special. We were at the fish market for brunch most days. Be aware that the fish market closes down at about 2:30 and the area is very quiet after that with limited places to eat (there are some). However, it's only a 15 minute walk to Ginza and a 5 to 10 minute walk to a selection of subway stations. The apartment is well equipped with fridge. Hob, kettle, crockery and cutlery and even has a washing machine and ironing facilities. Staff at the front desk were were super friendly and helpful and spoke fluent English The check in / check out process was quick and simple. We loved our stay here and would definitely return.

    We (family of five) had a wonderful stay at this holiday home. The location was great, 8-minute walk to Ootsuka Station and a bit over 10 minutes to the lively Ikebukuro district. The house itself is spacious and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The key handover process was hassle-free. The only minor improvement would be having more cutlery and a dish towel for drying dishes. Overall, we highly recommend this place!
