Hands down the best place to stay in Japan. They have ZERO competition in regard to absolutely everything. The next time I visit Japan Crystal Exe 2 will be my home, no questions. The staff felt like friends and they never once expressed anything but joy and helpfulness. Thank you all at Crystal Exe 2 for the entire experience. the place is clean, the bed is comfortable. it comes with lots of toilet amenities (face wash, hair oil, toothbrush, disposable towels ect). totally worth the stay.
