We drove to this place and they welcome us at the car park. The staffs were very very helpful. Check in was smooth and we got a surprise upgrade from the boss. It was indeed a wonderful Christmas present for our family. The room, the food, the vibes were exceeding our expectation. It was absolutely AMAZING🤩The staff was so caring🥰Ask them if you don’t know how to wear your Yukata. Everything was perfect. We went for both of our birthdays with my boyfriend and they even gave us presents🎁while we were at dinner. Speaking of the dinner; It was incredible. The dinner is self would have cost more than the price of the night outside of Amagase. The breakfast was also very rich, very traditional. I think the price is pretty affordable for the quality of service.👍The staff was so good to us. They even got us to the train station the day we left ! The onsens where so relaxing♨️ I highly recommend you to stay at this place. It is the best place that I stayed at in Japan so far and I’ve been here for a month☺️ the futons are surprisingly very comfortable. Even though we took the least expensive room was very big and beautiful. THANK YOU so much ! love💕

Staff is really kind, and the owner is a really cool person. Also, the onsen is great for relaxing. Had a great time, and got know many interesting places near the city. The friendly staff. The service and hospitality from the team at Hatago Kayausagi was exceptional. I will remember this stay for the rest of my life and am very grateful for their efforts. The atmosphere. Our room was very peaceful and the private outdoor onsen was fantastic. The meals were delicious and epic. The staff speak just enough English, and were very patient with my poor Japanese.
