We were travelling in a big family group and it was great to have a space for us all to share. It’s a comfortable walk from the station, and the house is clean, spacious and has everything you need! Everything was great! The room was really big, and it was great to have a washing machine and be able to dry our clothes. It was nice and quiet and a short walk to get to some shopping. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The place was impeccably clean, even in such places that can easily be overlooked as under the bed or behind the TV. I communicated with the host via chat, who was very quick to answer and very considerate. I accidentally broke the cap of the laundry detergent bottle, and when I offered to replace it with a new one the host said it was okay and said he would replace it first thing next morning. The kitchen was fairly small, but it had everything I needed. You can get a view of the river out the windows. The location is especially convenient--only 10 to 15 min walks to either Tenjin or Hakata.
