It was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and we felt like staying at home. The dinner was delicious and the traditional breakfast was a great experience. Goshuin stamp and meditation were amazing.

It is old building with modernization facility. Good kitchen and air condition and the parking lot is nearby also. It have a beautiful small courtyard and you can take very good portrait. just 10~15mins walking time that you can visit Higashiyoshihara. Actually, I visit East Maizuru Brick Park in the 1st day and west Maizuru for 2nd day. It is good and comfortable house for me.

The hospitality and helpfulness were truly exceptional – I felt welcome from the very first moment. The room is beautifully decorated in traditional Japanese style, spotlessly clean, and full of thoughtful details. The location is peaceful and idyllic, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I truly enjoyed my stay and wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

We had a short but sweet stay at Furumaya House, the Japanese home cooking by Sayaka-san is absolutely delicious, the hamburger steak is to die for. The rice is home grown and the other ingredients are locally sourced. We also really enjoyed the home made umeju, must try if you visit! If you are looking for a homey/cozy place to stay with great home cooking look no where else. Would definitely come and stay again to experience the area in depth next time!

My stay at Chabi Dining was absolutely exceptional! All the local attractions and recommendations from the hosts were exactly as described and absolutely amazing. Every visit to these places added something special to our experience. Even the activities offered on-site were top-notch and perfectly suited to our interests. I would happily return to Chabi Dining! The host is very responsive to communication via booking.com app. She uses a translation device to do face to face communication with us. She is very kind to share with us her home grown persimmon.

Twinkle Villa is truly a gem. Getting to spend many days in this lovely, lovely house in the charming rural environment was pure joy and adventure for a city dweller like me. Even cycling to the supermarket was so much fun :) The house has everything you'd need: spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen; living area with fire-place, and gardens - with incredible view of the trees, farmland and mountains. There are very good restaurants nearby with unique offerings. The hosts are kind, very responsive and extremely accommodating. Thank you!

The hosts were amazing. Very kind people who care about their guests. Also, the futons were super comfortable and the room had a cute little Japanese garden.
