everything! the location is perfect, very close to the roads, easy access. the hotel is very beautiful, modern decoration, the room is very comfortable, when you wake up the view is amazing! Giuseppe, Nona Mary and Manoela are very kind and helpful, we were traveling with our parents and everything was perfect!! the breakfast is from out of this world, all made with organic local products, it is incredibly delicious! Nona Mary is a first class chef, my advice is to try dinner at least twice during your stay. if you want an Italian experience, you have to stay here.

Such a lovely little house. Perfect for our honeymoon suite. It has everything you could ever need with the modern cosy kitcher, double shower, massive bath tub and sauna plus a very nice little patio with fairy lights which was a lovely touch! 2 nights was not long enough to fully enjoy it but it really kicked off our honeymoon on a lovely foot! Thank you for the amazing stay!

The apartment was spotless and well appointed. Had a very functional kitchen with everything you need. Having a washer and dryer on the balcony was very convenient and was even able to dry clothes without the dryer. Decent sized bathroom with a great shower. Apartment was on the 2nd level easily accessible with a lift. Parking was in front of Apartment block and had no problems parking hire car at no cost. Across the road there is a bar where we had breakfast every day, cappuccino and corno with crema. A short drive you will find a supermarket. Not too far from Todi Centro Storico as long as you have a car.

Everything was amazing! It’s even better than the pictures. It’s super clean and modern but keeping a classic stone look house. The garden is meticulously taken care as well as every single detail of the property. But the best, it’s Massimiliano and Elisabetta: They put the cherry on top with all their advice and special attention to make your holiday a dream come true!

The apartment was excellent in and special because it was in a medieval watch-tower of the city wall with beautiful view to the surrounding countryside. Location was in the city center. The apartment was clean and tidy. Eleanor was friendly and helpful. Things were well organized.

    Large villa with amazing swimming pool, tenis table, badminton, football table, very quiet area close to good vineyards and shops, nespresso machine, well equipped kitchen, caretakers live on site we didn't need any help but it is good to know to have some in case of any need. External fireplace and pizza stove are just perfect addition.
