The room was cool and fresh and the bed was very comfortable. The host was extremely kind and helpful as was Silvia, the lady who helps. We are in the local pizzeria which was 20 min walk across the mountain. The people who worked there were also super friendly and helpful. The views from the terrace at breakfast were just stunning. We had a typical breakfast of bread, jams, honey, cakes and pancakes with freshly brewed coffee to order. Altogether a lovely stop in a beautiful, unspoilt part of Calabria

We loved everything at the property. It is nestled in the heart of the forest with an educational trail and a lovely lake where you can sit and relax. At the same time it is some minutes away from a small village with a vistor's park, restaurants , bike/quad rental/excursions and lovely surroundings. The rooms at Chalet Lago are beautiful and super comfy, big and clean. Breakfast is served with a smile by Aida or Anglea who are so helpful and attentive. Felt like in fairytale surroundings. :)

Very spacious and the biggest bathroom i have seen in Italy so far. Great location. Close to the main Plaza, bar, restaurants and you can shop till you drop. I was very impressed with city, very safe and friendly.

Amazing view of the mountains, very close to the seaside by car. The hotel restaurant is fantastic, with everything sourced from the owner's farm. The craft beer they brew themselves is also excellent. Highly recommended for those tired of city life and work. Even just a two-day stay is refreshing.

This place is amazing. Beautiful house on top of the hill. Everything here is nice and neat. Big garden with the gorgeous view. The owners are super sweet. Both speaking english, very well.
