This apartment must surely rank as one of the best we've stayed at in all our European travels. The place is spacious and bright and the fixtures and fittings are high-end. The hosts are easy to communicate with and are super helpful. The location is ideal. In all honestly, it far surpassed our expectations. Absolutely superb find this one!

The apartment is located in the heart of Modena, in a quiet street, on the 5th floor- there is a small lift. It was big enough to accommodate our family of four. It's decorated in a lovely artsy style that makes you feel like you are home. There is a living room with a big table, two double bedrooms, a tiny but sweet kitchen with a small table for two (great to enjoy that Lambrusco in the afternoon ;)). There is a long bathroom with a shower. And even a balcony where you can enjoy the sound of the church bells. The hosts were very helpful- I couldn't locate the iron and received the response in no time. Altogether great place, I highly recommend it!

I like the position next to Mercato Allbilini in the centre of the old city. I like the registration of the car allowing us to park in the restricted zone. spacious apartment with lots of little amenities. we will use it again.

Great little apartment. Clean and very well maintained. Beds comfortable. Host was really helpful and let us check in prior to our time. A few minute walk to centro historica. Located on the 4th floor. Highly recommend.

The property is really nice - looks like an events venue, has a lovely restaurant, and is in a quiet place, surrounded by greenery. ( only 15 mins away from beautiful Modena, by car). The rooms are quite large, newly decorated, and have a very relaxing feel to them. Everything was spotless, and smelled very good - a lot of attention to toiletries. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise - has everything for everyone. All in all, money well spent in this gem of a place, I am actually considering returning for a longer stay.

Sergio was friendly, hospitable and waited for our arrival, as our flight was delayed. Breakfast was better than most of the Italian hotels where we used to stay. Our room was cozy and overall we felt as at home. Air conditioning and wi-fi worked properly. Accommodation is close to the old town and within walking distance of the train station. However, the area is calm. We also got recommendations for restaurants to visit and a map of the old town.

The place was absolutely perfect for my stay. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to main attractions and shops. So many things I liked about this place and don't know where to start... Secure off-street parking, comfortable bed, and the shower also worked very well. Although it is just outside the old town and facing a relatively busy road, it was very quiet in the night and we slept very well. There are a number of dinner / breakfast options in the proximity. Also having a little fridge and Netflix in the room was perfect for quiet evenings...
