We loved the ambience and the atmosphere. It was like visiting our loved relatives. The german shepherd and the the family of cats added to our excellent experience. The hostess was very caring and took great care of our needs. She was like a loving aunt who was very happy to see us after a long time. The attendants were very good and personable. This is a very well designed property. You can see the attention to detail in everything and we especially appreciated the beautiful garden and all the traditional Assamese elements that were incorporated into a modern design. Everything is pristinely clean and it was really nice to have a comfortable bathroom/shower with thoughtful details such as shower gel and bath gel. The owner graciously allowed us to change our booking dates twice due to weather issues which we really appreciated. We were welcomed by the caretaker who is friendly and attentive. The house is also quite central so you can get to anywhere you need in a few minutes drive. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone coming to Sibsagar!

The friendliness, helpfulness and the kindness of the host and family is priceless. The place is in walking distance to most sights. If anyone wants an authentic Assamese home experience, this is the place.
