Staying in Marigold Homestay was the best possible experience. Everything was just fantastic. It's inside of the Fort so everything is super close and the view from the Cafe (amazing food btw) is so nice that you could spend whole days there. Ashish as a host is just awesome. So friendly, caring and helpful! Picked me up at the railway station at night, showed me around, had so many stories about Jaisalmer and made me feel so safe and welcomed that I even didn't want to leave. Also, I recommend you to go to the desert with them, it was so worth it. So if you are going to Jaisalmer - this is the place you are looking for.

100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Jaisalmer Mirvana is just outside the fort in Jaisalmer stub amazing views from the rooftop. Nearby you can find many shops and restaurants and in a short walk you are inside the fort. Thali the owner is great. He is super relaxed, friendly, and always looking out for his guests. He will bring you lots of chai, give you advice on local tours/buses to make sure you’re getting a fair price and even offered to pick and drop me off from the bus station free of charge when I was arriving and leaving Jaisalmer . I did a safari with a few other guests from Mirvana who and it was very good value compare to others in Jaisalmer. The price is really good for what you get. Thanks Mirvana and Thali + family, hope to see you again soon!

We had such an amazing stay at Garh Meera. The rooms themselves felt like a dream, everything was exceptionally decorated and they upgraded our room to a bigger one. The staff there was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and recommended a great safari tour. The views from the restaurant rooftop were incredible and the food was great. Also special thank you to Aadil who joined us on our desert safari – we were blown away by his talented photography / videos and got some great photos of ourselves taken! This place felt like family and we left making some new friends too. Highly recommend staying at this place!

Ba was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early in the morning (5am) and Ba offered us a room to use until ours was ready. He also showed us to the Jain temples nearby when he had some time. The views from the place and our room were amazing. We stayed in the deluxe double room with balcony which gives you a private view looking out from the fort into the city and the amazing sunsets. On the top floor there is a terrace, from there you can get views peaking into the fort and overlooking the city. The food in the rooftop restaurant was delicious. We recommend the masala egg curry, egg chow mein, and the kadhi pakora. We also went on Ba's 3 day 2 night camel safari which was the absolute highlight of our India trip.

I love my stay here in the Fort! Didn't expect such hospitality! We were welcomed with complimentary chai masala and our room was cosy. The best part is undoubtedly the ease of access to the sunrise in the morning. No need to get out to the rooftop. The endless horizon is there for you and you just need to flip open the curtains. It is also next to the cluster of Jain temples. You could spy on the religious men and tourists from their rooftop. Their vegetarian menu is recommendable as well if you are tired of walking and wants a meal. There's no ride hailing app in Jaisalmer, so etiher haggle with the tuk-tuk driver from the airport or inform the accoms about your intention a day before. It costs around 500 rupees from the airport to the foot of the fort.
