We stayed at this resort in the last week of December. The location is great, Arambol beach is less than a minute's walk away. The resort is very well maintained, the rooms are clean and spacious and the food is delicious. AJ, the owner is a fantastic person, always with a smile and ready to help you with anything. Absolutely recommended if you want to spend a week of pure relaxation! Great massages too.

Cousy shanti place really, in the middle of Arambol. Even though the place is on the backyard of the busy Main Road, the room itself is still quiet and with a nice athmosphere. Couple minutes away is the beach and just near by is lovely Dreamland Italian Café, Happy Banana Juice center and for yogis and yoginis Balu Ashtanga Yoga - highly recommended yoga place. Family behind the Madrid’s Home is lovely - always there for you, if you need something. It is pleasure to come here again and again.

Greetings to all! I want to write a great review about this hotel! My wife and I really liked everything! above all our expectations. location, safety, attitude of staff towards guests. I would like to specifically note the cleanliness of the rooms and area. We suddenly decided to change location in the middle of our vacation, just for a change. but having looked for another hotel in the area, they could not find a place with the same cleanliness, so they stayed with the Brothers until their departure. Our room on top floor was amazing, it's small but just enough for the two of us and the view is magical. We had complete privacy and it is close to the beach and all of the happenings yet in peaceful area so we could chill and listen to the waves. Luxurious place. First line. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves, watching from the balcony how crabs crawl over the rocks - this is worth a lot. Only the sea and you. In addition, the room is spacious, has everything you need, recently renovated, clean, comfortable bed. If this is important to you, a room without air conditioning (a silent fan is enough). And yes - you can’t drive here, you have to walk about 10 minutes. The bonus is a feature beach (right, if you look at the sea), more lone than the main (although we understand that privacy is not about India), clean. Recommend.
