The location is fantastic with magnificent views over the rolling green landscape. This is a small castle. It’s charming and stunning at the same time. Loved the morning walk in the pristine surroundings. Old trees, rhododendrons, fields with grazing thoroughbreds. Very homeish feeling. Spacious rooms and real Irish breakfast (perfect fuel for the day’s hike). Wonderful staff, when you need something, otherwise we actually had the place for ourselves which was great. We bought our own drinks and food and could use the facilities in the kitchen and dining room. Don’t miss this gem❣️

They also were very helpful after some trouble we experienced prior to getting to their place. We also got some great travel tips for later in the trip.
