Everything was great from check in on. I didn't know what to expect and had trepidations about "shared common area" but that area was just a communal kitchen that was fully supplied and separated from everything else. The rest of the time we were out exploring or in our very comfortable and large room. There is a great restaurant about 300 meters away with fantastic food. And the lodging was in a super quiet location.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. The room & bed was lovely & the shower, very good pressure & Elemis bath products. We had food on the first evening, a very nice chicken jalfrezi & the wine was very good.

Breakfast was lovely and kept us full for the day. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting relatives close by. The property grounds are very, very pretty and our room was clean and comfortable. We stayed overnight, traveled for a few days and came back to stay again at the end of our trip. We were so happy to return.

Norman and his wife were fantastic hosts! The breakfast was divine (smoked salmon was an option) and the decor of the home was very soothing and beautiful. Great knowledge was offered about the area which was terrific and helpful. I hope to visit again!

Now that is something I was impressed with!! Beautiful, clean. Not only just like on the pictures, even better!!! And that bed was probably the most comfortable thing i have ever slept on.

Just a 10-minute walk or a 1-minute drive from Bunratty Castle and Folk Park, Parkhouse B&B is set in beautiful landscaped gardens.

We really enjoyed our stay at this B&B. We arrived before the check-in time but the host offered to give us the room immediately which we really appreciated since we had to travel early in the morning. The breakfast was excellent. Tea/coffee facilities in our room were replenished every day. The room was very clean. The hosts were very caring and helpful. The room was a front one with a lovely view. Excellent stay.
