Lovely clean and spacious room with big bathroom . Breakfast was exceptional , with vegetables growing on the property served alongside traditional breakfast . Phyll the owner runs one of the best BnB ‘s I have stayed in. And a great carácter too . I will definitely recommend here without hesitation. Excellent location, right next to the Killaloe Hotel, where we were attending a wedding party. Lovely views across the hills. Cottage had everything we needed for a short break and was plenty big enough for 4 of us.
