We had a great stay at the Dales. Bernadete was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. Our daughter forgot her retainers in the room; after contacting Bernadette the next day, she was very quickly able to locate them and sent them to our country while refusing to get paid for the postage cost that I offered. Thank you for all your help, you have saved us a big headache! If we ever come to Ireland again, we will be happy to stay in the Dales again.

The room was very good, clean & comfortable & the breakfast room was also lovely. We only had the contiental breakfast which was first class. Tom the owner was very welcoming & very helpful with local knowledge.
