Room is great, I am lucky to get the upgrade from one bedroom to 2 bedrooms. Big balcony and 2 bathrooms, facilities are new and clean. In door carpark and access through the elevator directly to the apartment, we are allowed to park the car for extra hours after check out. Reception ladies are good, explain in detail and helped us to book the boat trip directly. Fast response from Whatsapp for questions. Location is great, next to the sunset beach and with several restaurants around the property, a super-market in the same building, bus stop next to the property, easy to get into the city. Just aware to pay cash only for the bus, we tried credit card but failed. Location is far from the city, around 10 mins by bus, but not as busy as city, a great location for relax.

Everything was very nice. Nice couple welcome me very nice. They offer to wait for me on bus station and help get into appartment. Appartment is on perferct location and very clean. It is also very safe for travel alone. I stayed 9 days and hosts was always available to help whatever I need. Also welcome me with sweets and drinks. Thank you. 🙂

We were so fortunate to spend 2 weeks in this wonderful city and lovely 3 bedroom stylish apt. From the minute we secured the booking, Paulina, the most special of hosts, assisted our family of five prepare for in advance and then on a daily basis make sure the apt was fresh and clean. The provision of many essential requirements from shower and beach towels to drinks, fruit and coffee were also readily available. The apt has abuse stop and supermarket right across the road and is a 90 second walk to the marina. The old town of Dubrovnick is 8 mins by local bus or about 30 mins walk away and also several nice beaches are walkable. Paulina also gave exceptional assistance and secured best rates for tours and airport transfers which saved us over several hundred euro

We loved that there was parking right in front of the property. The room was awesome and has everything we needed. The Hosts were great and super kind, they helped us out when we had questions and responded very quick. The view was unreal and we we stay here again in a heart beat. We are already wanting to come back! Was very sad to leave.

This place is very special. Words can not describe the feeling you get as you descend the stairs towards this little peace of heaven. The view from the balcony over the ocean is unmatched. The unit itself is simple but clean and has everything you need. The owner is sweet and helpful. This place is not fancy but will likely be one of my favorite accommodations I will ever stay at.

Perfect location. Ensure that your driver drops you at the Pile Gate. Only a 200 m walk to the apartment (which is great as no vehicles are allowed in the Old Town). Beautifully furnished. Wonderful old building Excellent air con. Common area adds to feel of a larger place, with extra towels/iron etc on hand. We did not get to meet host but had excellent and responsive communication. The apartment is as advertised and in the heart of the old town - fortress. A walk of the fortress walls is a must. So close to everything in the old town - which was precisely the experience we wanted. Excellent instructions from host.
