This place is an absolute hidden gem! The modern design, comfortable bed, and fully equipped suite made us feel at home instantly. We loved how quiet and private the atmosphere was, yet we were just a short walk from all the nightlife and dining options of Platanias.

Location, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness. Literally steps from the beach, and very close to cafés, shops, restaurants and nightlife. The public areas were very tidy, clean and inviting. All in all, top experience! Shame we had to change hotel due to unavailability of accommodation there for the whole stay.

This is the best apartment I've ever stayed in during my trip to Europe. The host is the most enthusiastic and friendly person I've ever met. She prepared everything I needed for me! Everything in the apartment is so perfect - clean and big beds, beautiful gardens and a sunny living room. It's only a few steps away from the beach. Living here is definitely a good start to your trip to Crete!

Loved my stay at Kallitsakis. Cleaning each day by Christina(who was lovely) & Arna at the front desk was very helpful & so nice! Pool was beautiful & clean. A 2 minute walk to ALL you need. Definitely recommend ❤️

Clean, comfortable, with everything one needs to live, with parking. The appliances were modern, with AC, great Wi-Fi and we were provided with beach towels. The host was fabulous, very attentive and one message away from helping us at all times. This was a perfect stay, 3 minute walk from the city center, a 2 minute walk to the beach and a minimarket (literally) next door.

    Everything was superb for us, location, privacy, facilities, pool were all fantastic, as were the hosts. The Villa is 2 minutes walk from the beach and there are bars and supermarkets within 1 minute walk. Would highly recommend this property. Sun passes directly over top of villa (July) so it was full on the pool area from around 10am till 6pm. After that there was a lovely rooftop veranda to sit on till later in the evenings 😊

    Clean room, friendly and accommodating staff. Residents of the Village Resort have access to the Beach&Spa Resort's pools and the pool bar. You can also ask to have a lunch or dinner in their all-inclusive restraurant (different from the a la carte restraurant). The view from that restraurant is fantastic, so I highly recommend going there. The food selection is also better than in the Village Resort.

    Lovely area and the villa felt secure and private. The villa had everything you could possibly need with supermarkets and a bakery very near. The kitchen was particularly well stocked. The pool area was particularly nice as were all the bedrooms and the balcony sitting area. Arestea was a very helpful and friendly host and we received a lovely welcome pack and a mid stay clean, which was very nice. The surrounding resort area is lovely. It did not feel busy or overcrowded and everyone was friendly and welcoming.

    This villa was very beautiful, spacious and well cleaned, both inside and outside. Extremely good location in quiet surroundings. Close to supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and beaches. The pool, with a children's section, was large and well kept. Our host, Dimitris, was very nice, welcoming and helpful. We got a lot of valuable information and tips from him. He always responded quickly to our questions. We have already started planning for another stay...
