The apartment was clean, and the location was very good (close to the beach) . There were enough supermarkets close by. Maria, the housekeeper, was very sweet and helpful. Check-in/check-out was smooth and easy, too. The view from our room was amazing.

Unfortunately I spent only one night in this beautiful place in Mastichari...for sure I have to come back again! I came together with my parents to Ilios and Irene little earlier than official check-in, we were greeted by Sokratis and received welcome juice after our arrival. We traveled to Mastichari by bus...after that it took us 10 minutes by walk to arrive to the place. Our apartment was really nice, clean, big enough for 3 people. I thought it is quite far from the beach but I was worried for nothing, it is only maybe like 6-7 minutes. Supermarket and restaurants are also only few minutes by walking. Of course I can not forget about the breakfast in the morning. There was everything we wanted and it was really delicious. After our check-out Sokratis organized taxi for us to the airport, which was really helpful. So...in overal I was really happy with my choice of staying and my advice for other travelers to Mastichari...Dont go anywhere else, stay at Ilios and Irene!!

This apartment got everything one may need on vacation. The flat offers a lot of space, 3 balconies and is also well-furnished. If you prefer to prepare a meal by yourself sometimes, kitchen's equipment is more than satisfying for a long stay. Moreover, one of the most relaxing beaches is just around 700 meter far away. You can reach the city for grocery & co in 2-3min by car. It takes you only 2-3 min drive to get to Lidl or max 5 min to touristic area with plenty of little stores, bars and restaurants. Moreover, you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets just from your balcony.

Cozy place for relaxing holidays. It is in a rural environment surrounded by small farms. There are chickens, cats, a dog, and a horse nearby. It is situated in a quiet area outside of the town. Amazing property that sits on a massive land with its own gardens, chicken enclosure, large car park. Very large, clean apartment with all the equipment organised efficiently. Owner is a lovely person who brought us cheesy toasts and garnish when we arrived and organised the taxi for our return. Property is close to beach, however, you will need a car to stay here but unless you are staying in Kos Town, you will need a car to get around anyway as Kos is a very big island
