Vacation is all about quality and Castello for sure offers this. An iconic hotel in a unique island for an amazing experience. The location: it’s located at a beautiful hill right in the middle of the island, overseeing the Katapola harbor. We could easily explore both the north and the south sides of the island. The suite: Very spacious room, one bedroom, one lounge kitchen, two bathrooms, comfortable furniture, beautiful aesthetics and architectural design. Because it's located in the hill, we enjoyed very quite cool nights. There is an excellent cleaning service of the room daily. The balcony is well situated towards the amazing Amorgian sunset. The service: That really added value in our staying. Both Andreas, Vangelis, and Elena are very kind and helpful, responding to our needs promptly and with great pleasure.

The Big Blue Pension in located in the middle of the island, so is very easy to reach every place, from north to south. The room was clean with a beatiful view on the Katapola port. At 1 minute to foot there are meny restaurants, market, bakery and so on. On the stairs to arrive to the Pension, on the right there is a very very nice botanic garden where i drunk a Special Greek Spritz 😊. Finally, Mr Funnies is very nice and friendly person. Recommended.

This is probably one of the few listings in Booking that the photos represent it less spectacular than it is. It is better than what you see in the photos. It is located very close to Chora, a short ride at night. It has beautiful views of the Katapola bay and the nearby mountains. It has probably the most professional and hospitable host I 've ever encountered in my trips, if I am not mistaken his name is Andreas, where he sits you down with a map and explains and proposes everything about the island. The rooms are new and luxurious, large balconies and plenty of parking spaces on site. You can leave the air-conditioning on even if you take out your key card on the room. Breakfast sets it apart from most other places, most of the items are local produce, plenty of choices to eat.

Amazing view for this very nice and very clean studio. Mikaël was extremely nice, welcoming and had some very nice attentions. This island is a must see, and kaerati is the perfect place to stay. We loved every moment there !

The owners were very friendly; suggesting things to see and places to go. They were very helpful with all questions we had. We rented a car from them, which was easy (also the driving was easy). The room was large and clean with a nice balcony overlooking the mountains/hills and village with partial view of the ocean. The location was very quiet. The hotel is located a couple of minutes walk from the center of the village. The hotel is definitely a place I would recommend to other travelers. We also liked the island. Many old villages and a monastery to explore. Nice drive through the island with beautiful hidden beaches.

We had a spacious studio for three with a huge terrace. Everything as advertised. Good quiet location behind the main street of the harbor village. The hosts also arranged a rental car flexibly and at a reasonable price. They seem to run also a cafe (their English was not fluent, but sufficient for everything to be handled fluently) in harbor where we could leave our bags on departure day.

We stayed in the old converted villa with its beautiful thick stone walls, and just a few metres across the road from the sea. We liked the communal courtyard - in the morning we had our breakfast there, in the evening we enjoyed the view while having our gin & tonics.

Thomas Villa on Katapola Beach is an amazing pace with beautiful modern rooms. The hotel location is ideal, with restaurants, shops, and cultural sites nearby. Despite its convenience, it offers a peaceful escape. The hosts are very warm and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. They arranged a surprise birthday party for one of our company that was very fun and festive.I Highly recommend this place.

The hosts are the most wonderful people I have met on any Greek island, Antreas and Eliza greeted me on arrival and could not have been more helpful and polite and the same every morning at breakfast. They would brighten up anyone’s day with their kind words and wonderful hospitality, Antreas also gave me a map and highlighted all the places I should visit on the island, I would recommend Skopelitis village to anyone.

Great location! Easy walk to the port and many restaurants for breakfasts and dinners. Bakery literally steps away too. Giannis recommended a restaurant in the traditional mountain village of Lagada for lunch. Ate there one day, great food, idyllic location in the village, really nice lady. Giannis recommended two restaurants in southern Amorgos for lunch. Ate at one the day I explored southern Amorgos. Wonderful family run place where literally everything on the menu is homegrown. Giannis is a peach of a guy always ready to help.
