Amazing house really beautiful inside with an iconic balcony of sea view. We rented 2 villas, both very super clean and had all necessary equipment for cooking which was great. The hosts provided with some local goodies and some welcoming food. All rooms were comfortable. The host really helped with giving advice for beaches to visit and general information for the island, very kind and friendly.

The hotel is perfectly located in a walking distance from Gavrio port. We were a bit afraid that rolling our two 20 kg suitcases from the ferry to the hotel will not be manageable and considered even a taxi for a while... However, the walk was relatively short, on the pavement although a bit uphill. Our room facing the sea and southern direction was spacious, comfortable, functional and clean. It had a good size balcony with the table, chairs and place to dry wet clothes. We were missing a kettle in the kitchen and the reception delivered it without delay. The room was cleaned every day and trash removed. We could park our rented car safely in the property every night. We didn't use the swimming pool and the bar due to late arrivals from our sightseeing. The hotel is a good choice for tourists who drive a lot around the island and don't spend too much time in hotel facilities. It is convenient location for ferry transfers and good option for eating in town not needing taking a car.

Mrs Irene was the most welcoming and lovely host! She helped us with taxis and also greeted us with homemade local delicacies. The room was spacious and clean, our balcony had the view of the sea. The location is quiet with stunning gardens. Overall, an ideal place to stay!

I stayed at these apartments for 3 days. It was my first time on this island.The host Chris welcomed me and my friend very warmly! He gave us all necessary information and offered us welcome drink. He is a very hospitable and kind person. The location of the apartment is amazing! Everything is at hand ( the sea, the supermarket, the center) I strongly recommend to stay at these apartments and enjoy this fantastic island! Thank you Chris for everything! Directions were great, she came to meet us to make sure we got to the place correctly. That was much appreciated. The space was gorgeous, clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The beds were amazing and soft! They provided fresh eggs which was so thoughtful and yummy, coffee, tea and biscuits. I would highly recommend this place for solo or family.

The house is luxury villa with own style. Lena - the owner of the house is very nice person. She has a lot of friends around her who are helping with everything so you can feel like part of the family. The house is even better than the photos. She is the owner of the design in the house and the garden. The beds are comfortable. Everything is clean. Lena was waiting for us on the port, helped us to transport our luggage to the house, which was very appreciated. She did the same when we were leaving. This is what you can call good person and great house to stay for vacation.

    We spent three days with our family (2 adults 2 teenagers) at Villa Ateni. Three idyllic days: a perfect location with a sublime view and also a charming welcome with very kind attentions (bottle of wine, watermelon...). An ideal place to relax and enjoy the scenery, the peace and quiet and to visit the very pretty northern part of the island. We regretted not booking for longer!

    The location and the view was wonderful! The apartment was very clean and the pool was the ideal place to relax drinking your morning coffee or cocktail at night. The beaches close to Charakas were very nice. Konstantinos (the owner) was very polite, friendly and helped us with everything we needed and he informed us about restaurants, bars, beaches, villages etc.

    We have stayed in Gavrio three times before so knew that the apartments were in a great location, where you can look out to sea and see other islands or look towards the bay. We would have our breakfasts watching the ferries arriving. Tremendous. The rooms are about 150 metres down a dirt track away from the edge of the village. Even so, it is only a seven minute walk to the first tavernas facing the harbour. I have been to 30 Greek islands over the years, these apartments are in the top three for location/views.

    Isolated beautiful location. Stunning views. Absolutely no noise other than the waves and wind. Beautiful private sand beach in a sheltered cove accessible only from these Villas.

    The location is great 10 mins from the port and 10 mins from Batsi (one of the main villages). Public beach is just across the street. Niko is a great host and is very helpful and supportive

    I can't recommend it enough! The warm welcome from Costas and the facilities team made me feel right at home. Communication was a breeze, and Costas was incredibly accommodating to all our requests. The villa was stunning, clean, and luxurious. The location was perfect for exploring Andros, yet peaceful enough for relaxation. I'm grateful for the exceptional hospitality and can't wait to return for another great experience. Thank you!!
