We arrived late in the day after a long journey down from the mountains and were given a warm welcome from the father of the family, who came out to our taxi to greet us. We spoke to his son Georgio who could speak very good English. His Mother provided us with Water Melon and a freshly cooked home made Georgian dish, which was delicious! The perfect, all you need, large accommodation is set in the large garden with use of the outside area and another great outside kitchen. The air conditioning was superb in the hot heat. Having the company of the family was a lovely experience but equally, they provide their guests with respectful privacy. The family dog was an added delight to our stay :) Set in a really nice, quiet suburban area of Zugdidi, a supermarket just a couple of 100yards away and walking distance to the city. Perfect location, we just wished we had booked for a longer stay and will definitely recommend Cosy Kvara77!

The hosts are really friendly. Finaly no one tried to sell me house vine or home made food. The house is new and very clean. The kitchen is equiped, we could wash our cloths and park in the garden. The wifi was stable and the whole stay was very comfortable.

The place is magical, and the host family welcomed me warmly and made sure I had everything I needed. I felt at home and completely comfortable. The room was clean, with air conditioning and fresh towels. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, especially with the buffalo milk they produce themselves. The khachapuri was the best I had in Georgia! The area is quiet and pastoral. I enjoyed walking around the nearby farms and through the beautiful, green surroundings—with breathtaking sunsets and villagers living in the traditional way, as they did in the past. Getting to Zugdidi was also easy—just a short 13-minute taxi ride (10 GEL). Highly recommended!

The owner was really friendly and helpful, he took us to the bus station in his car. The place was clean, quiet and near to the center. A very good place to stop if you go to Svaneti and mestia.

Exceptionally good guesthouse. Very good location, super clean and cosy. It was very pleasant to stay in this beautiful home. Manana made a very lovely and tasty breakfast - eggs, homemade jam, fresh bred, butter. Manana, Tengo and Irakli are very welcoming family. I enjoyed my stay there and had well rested.
