Ideal base for exploring Jersey. Central location, close to all amenities in St. Helier, including the bus station, bars, restaurants and shops. Even a handy supermarket, 2 mins away on the corner. Superbly equipped, spotlessly clean, large studio apartment. Everything you might need in the kitchen area including a washing machine, full-size dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge-freezer. Plenty of cupboard space and drawers, iron and ironing board, hair-dryer, foldable clothes dryer. Comfy bed and pillows, good shower, towels and toiletries. Staff all very welcoming, helpful and professional. Booking, arrival, check-out process easy and efficient. All communication pre-arrival and in accommodation comprehensive, clear and timely. Very impressed, exceeded expectations, would definitely stay again and for longer.

That was a lovley place to stay. The owner Gloria was very nice. Everything was extremly clean, even my towels were changed every day, that i wasn't expected. Also in a room was a ketle, tea, coffee and cream. And very nice to have a breakfast in the morning too!

stayed in a junior suite for about ten days. I was waiting for a call regarding a sports commitment, which in the meantime required relaxation and tranquility, as well as easy access to the sea. At Undercliff Guest House, I found everything I was looking for, plus the added bonus of surprising kindness from those who welcomed me. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, everything clean and fully functional. I wasn’t there for a vacation, but it was still a wonderful, comfortable, and restorative stay. From the property, there are at least a couple of trails that lead to exploring the coast, walks of several kilometers immersed in nature where birds of all kinds reign supreme. Go there, it’s beautiful.

The location was really good. It was within a 10 minute walk to the centre. My room was amazing, a really big twin room. If I ever go back to Jersey again, I would request the same room again in Villa Nova.

The property is lovely and the location is amazing and super near to everything! The cleaning ladies Helena and Hiatus are beautiful and very friendly, the only person hotel is spotless and the bonus of breakfast and pool at their sister hotel the Norfolk is amazing and only 2 minutes away from the hotel. I will definitely recommend anyone the Villa Nova hotel. Thank you so much, we had a lovely time. x

Clean, comfy beds, good shower, kettle with tea & coffee, quiet in my room but others in our group had noise from other rooms, obviously not Villa Novas fault. If you are after a budget room at a good price then choose Villa Nova.

Everything. Villa Nova is a lovely place to stay. A short walk into town. My single room was nice, clean and comfortable and the supply of tea, coffee, milk was most welcome. The easy access at the front door was good, no fiddling with keys. I will definitely stay at the Villa Nova again.

Well I didn’t expect to go to another hotel for breakfast, there were no staff at Villa Nova to ask ! It was only by chance I got to know about breakfast offered at another hotel And disappoint the breakfast wasn’t included in the price as my original enquiry was a bed & breakfast ?
