Very good bedroom configuration with toilet/bathroom, kitchenette and dining area. Complimentary coffee/tea and chocolates. The place is very clean and neat. Quiet room and very comfortable bed. Quiet, comfortable, spotless and a great stay. The room is amazing. Spacious bathroom. Kitchen and large lounge area. Big comfy bed. Has everything you need and a washing machine. Easy walking distance to all tourist attractions, cafes and restaurants. Some incredible traditional French cuisine within 10 minutes. The owners provided plenty of information in the lead up to arrival and gaining access to the apartment was simple by following their instructions.

We were 2 couples who spent one night at Claire's apartment. The apartment is in a tranquil rural location just 5 minutes walk from the Le Boat marina base, a little further to a delicious boulangerie/pizzeria. It is presented beautifully. Fresh and clean, two bedrooms with the bonus of an outside spa. It would be a lovely place to spend several days exploring the area. Claire was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating of our requests.

There is very little to dislike. Christine and Christophe were excellent, caring hosts, concerned that everything was correct and to our liking. We had asked for an evening meal at the property, as the nearest restaurant was said to be six miles away, and we were not disappointed. Breakfast was equally good, and after a good night's sleep in a comfortable room, we left, heading for Spain and Portugal, saying that this was one of the few properties we have used in our forty years of driving around Europe that we would like to return to. One day we will. . . . . . . .

The guest house is like a Sunday Times feature. Beautiful house, tastefully furnished. The owner must have trained as a chef. The food was Four star restaurant gourmet cooking. Very service-minded patron. Probably too good for pilgrims on the Chenin de Saint Jacques unless they want to spoil themselves with luxury and great food and wine.
