Beautiful old Spanish town house with original features. Very well maintained and updated. Manager/owner was extremely helpful and approachable. We had continental breakfast which was very nice, fresh with lots of options and drinks available. An honesty bar was even better! Nice courtyard with a lovely balcony overlooking it.p

The property location is amazing as we love remote places with amazing views. The hosts are very helpful and they have tried to understand and acomodate all our needs. The house is classified as a rural accommodation and it is a family business managed by people living there for generations. But even so, we have found the property very modern and updated, in the same time in a good balance with the amazing nature around. Rooms are cleaned daily and the entire place is very clean. Even if you have full privacy with the location, a lot of attractions are very close, including amazing city of Denia. All the facilities worked and the bathrooms are in a very very good condition.

Нам спадабалася ўсё ў гэтай размяшчэнні. У першую чаргу хочам адзначыць вельмі добрых уладальнікаў, якія пастаянна падтрымлівалі з намі сувязь і былі вельмі прыязныя да нас. Пасяленне: ніякіх папярэдніх інструкцый па пасяленню не было, мы проста паведамілі, што прыедзем пазней звычайнага часу. Таму тэлефанавалі ўладальнікам напрамую, але, на жаль, яны не гавораць па-англійску, а мы па-іспанску, таму ўладальнікі прывялі нейкага хлопчыка, з якім мы і размаўлялі. Па факце мы прыехалі бліжэй да 8 ці 9 вечара і з яго дапамогай знайшлі ключы. Лакацыя: вельмі блізкае размяшчэнне да двух пляжаў (адзін больш затока з вадараслямі, другі больш чысты), крама, аптэка, запраўка, рэстараны размешчаны таксама вельмі блізка. 6-7 км да Дэніі, дзе можна замечна прайсціся, і там шмат рэстаранаў і славутасцяў. Тэрыторыя: добры і чысты басейн з рознай глыбінёй, мы былі практычна заўсёды адны. Ёсць дзіцячая плошча, тэнісны корт, баскетбольная і футбольная плошчы. Усё дагледжанае і чыстае. Сад: уласная тэрыторыя з рознымі дрэвамі і кустамі, зона барбекю, умывальнік. Дом: камфортабельны, чысты, абжыты. Усе пакоі абсталяваны вентылятарамі і цэнтральным кандыцыянерам, вельмі добра абсталяваная кухня, былі даступна і прыпраў, і соль, і макароны, і шмат чаго яшчэ, і нават акрамя ўсяго іншага былі пакінуты вітальныя напоі. У доме таксама былі кампутарныя гульні, настолькі, кнігі, сап, камін, ласты, спінінгі, спецыяльнае абутак, усё для пляжу ... Карацей, гэта быў максімальны камплект, які магчымы. We liked absolutely everything about this accommodation. In short, it was the maximum setup possible.     Very nice villa in an exciting place! Have everything you need to relax with a family. There's everything you need for pool games (water guns, ball for water polo), swimming circles for kids and adults. There's everything you need in the kitchen. Owner responds very fast on WhatsApp on every question and is very kind! On evening we could "touch the clouds" :) villa is 267 meters above sea level.

    El Valle Verde is a self catering villa in an elevated position with stupendous views over the Pego-Oliva Marsh Natural Park to the sea. The villa is extraordinarily well equipped, has a well appointed kitchen and also boasts a very good Wi-Fi system and a wide variety of TV channels available on the wide screen TV. Needless to say, the air conditioning system is very effective in all rooms. The owners are an extremely friendly retired couple and they make it their business to ensure your stay is a memorable experience.

    The villa was comfortable and very well equipped, particularly the kitchen. The wood open fire was welcome as the weather was very cold. Electric heaters were also available. The staff of the rental agency were very friendly and helpful.

    Great location, the villa is overlooking the mountains and the village Pego. Lemontree everywhere and a bit of the sea. Easy to get to beach, shopping, Denia, Pego and surroundings.
