There is a free parking lot nearby, so it's very useful and I recommend it. There's a washing machine. The facilities are clean and new. store was closed during the festival, but I was grateful to be able to resolve it through quick communication I'd like to stay here again. Perfect!

Everything ! Location, facilities and staff. Location is top ! The apartment is also top ! It is big, clean and comfortable. It has everything we need. On top of that, Noelia, the staff there, went beyond our expectations to accommodate our needs. She allowed for a late checkout which really helped us. All in all this apartment made us feel like home. It's the best accomodation we had during our 4 weeks trip in Spain and Portugal. Thank you !

Great location, within walking distance to all the center area, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the parking place was easy to access. It was the second time we were at this property and would probably book it again when we have any trips to Merida.

Petronila 1881 was one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed during our many trips to various countries in Europe. The location cannot be better that we could walk to all the attractions we visited (1 min to Temple of Diana, 7-8 min to Teatro Romano de Mérida, 5 min to Alcazaba of Mérida and Roman Bridge, etc.), and there are a lot of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Our apartment is beautifully decorated with high quality items/material and a tasteful style, very large and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything we need. Javier is an excellent host who made us feel at home. Although the apartment is on a pedestrian street, Javier gave us clear information about where the driver should pick us up on the checking-out day that was only 1 minute walk from the apartment. We enjoyed the two days in Merida largely due to the excellent apartment.
