When i saw photos of this villa I knew I wanted to stay there and what a great choice it was! Our family had an amazing vacation living in this spacious tastefully decorated home with a beautiful garden and a perfectly clean swimming pool overlooking the sea and the gorgeous beaches. The online manager of the villa Luana is extremely welcoming and pleasant to deal with. The on-site manager Tarek and his assistant Antonio are simply the best, - solved any issues that we had and guided us through all aspects of our stay in such a way that we already want to plan another holiday there! Thank you Sharm and Charme team for making our stay so wonderful!

The hotel is in the form of a hostel with a terrace, very spacious, clean and as in the photo. There is a washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioner, gas stove, pots and pans inside. The interior is spotless, there is hot water, and we did not suffer from flies while sleeping at night. The location is central, you can walk 1km to El Fanar beach and 700 meters to Farsha cafe. There are cheap markets and greengrocers around. It is around 3km away from the old market. Hotel owner Moaz hosted us very nicely. He gave information about the hotel and activities to be done in the surrounding area. Moaz is truly a wonderful person. I thank him again for everything. Finally, it is a very suitable hostel for Turks, a place where you will know what you are eating, for example, we shopped outside for 160egp for breakfast and had a clean and large breakfast for two for ourselves inside. If we had done this outside, we would have paid 300-400egp and had a breakfast with flies on it. Marwan was the most lovely host. His prompt communication and kindness made for an unforgettable stay. He went above and beyond to provide us all that was needed, including filling the fridge with many items and accommodating an extension to our stay. The condo has everything you need, and the location overlooking the beautiful pools and grounds from the balcony is amazing. Thank you Marwan! Best place to stay in Sharm.

Nice and spacious apartment not far (3 min walking) form Neama Bay Pedestrian Roads. Beach is easy to reach but requires about 1 km walking (flat, no uphills). The apartment is very easy to find, but not well known by taxis and tours operators. It has parking and a good and cheap supermarket at very close distance. The owner (Kerolos) is a VERY nice guy, very assistive and patient. The apartment has 2 sleeping rooms, A/C, Hot water, fully functional kitchen, everything. 1st floor, no elevator. Next scuba trip, I'll book here for sure.
