We are both programmers working from a far. For us, the place is perfect. Wide rooms with place to work, small kitchen (we mostly home cook), AC, balcony, a small swimming pool outside and cleaning services, also the stuff are Great and all were very nice. Granted, the rooms are a bit outdated, but value-for-money-wise it's the best we had in the Larnaca's area. Also, the village is cute and MUCH nicer than Larnaca, though there is a bus from the village (20 min, 5 min walk) if you want to check it out, there is also a gym nearby (20€ week pass), a grocery store, and some restaurants and bars 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended, will return to work from here again.

Very nice apartment in the city center, very good location, near to everything. The apartment was clean, prepared in time and there was everything we need for our short stay. The bed was comfortable and big enough. Wifi worked well and was fast. There was even a hair dryer and iron for clothes. The kitchen and bathroom (towels, shampoo, hand soap) were enough equiped. The check in and check out were pretty smooth and we had a good communication with our host, he sent great info to us in advance. I recommend this place.

The apartment is brand new, very well and thoughfully equipped with all you might need during the stay. The self check was convenient and the host approved earlier check in which was very helpful due to a red eye flight. The apartment was on the ground floor and studio type with a comfy bed and small kitchenette and bathroom. The host was responsive and professional in his approach. The hotel was great, lovely staff who were helpful and location was good, very peaceful, 10min walk from Finkoudous beach. has a supermarket nearby with most of the restaurant around a 10min walk away. Wi-Fi and AC worked great. A great place to stay and would definitely recommend it. TVs had screen mirroring so could mirror my phone. has a nice little rooftop pool and room had a lovely balcony. Everything was amazing! Especially the people working at LIV. On our first night the driver dropped us at the wrong hotel, it was Christmas eve, and the LIV staff were so kind to offer coming to take us. They were so helpful throughout our entire stay, providing us with even more than we asked for. The city center, as well as the beach is also very close. 10/10 recommend this place and would definitely come back :)
