Fantastic location with breathtaking views from the room onto Tortuga island and the Organos beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cosy with a nice terrace. If you like there’s yoga in the morning. Ideal for a nice and quiet stay but perfectly located for the main attractions such as hikes in Curu wildlife reserve, bioluminescence at night, horseback riding at the beach and snorkling boat trips.

This is a gem of a place, hidden in the forest. Wilma gave us loads of recommendations for what to do and where to eat in the area and they were all really good. Our tent was cleaned every day, beds made and even our laundry done. We were surrounded by the local wildlife, monkeys, birds too numerous to mention, crabs (which we only saw if you stayed very still for a while), frogs (we only heard them but didn't see any). We took the 25 minute trail to the beach which we had completely to ourselves. Not a lot of shade there except for at the far end. We were then treated to a huge tropical storm on the evening of our last night - quite spectacular from the shelter of our tents veranda.

We stayed at the jungle tent for one night as we had arranged to do the Bioluminescence tour with Franco. The location is just perfect, it’s at the end of a long track and is surrounded by forest. The jungle tent was a really good size and it was a short walk to the showers and toilets. The wildlife around the tent was great, we saw a variety of birds, frogs, crabs and howler monkeys. We did the Bioluminescence tour in the evening which was excellent and a really good social with Franco, his assistant and another couple. Afterwards we returned and Franco and Wilma lit a fire for us and joined us for a drink. The reception we received was very warm and Franco and Wilma are lovely people and can’t do enough to help. In the morning we walked to the beach, the dogs joined us and showed us the way. This took around 20 minutes. The beach is wonderful, it’s large and empty. We saw red Macaw there. The visit felt very authentic and a bit of the touristy track which we enjoyed. I highly recommend it.

Great owner welcoming! Mike is a great host and all his staff is very friendly. House has a lot of appliances and almost everything you need for a staying with your family (except we never found a cork screwer).

Nicoya Silvestre is an incomparable natural paradise. I visited it with my husband and daughter a few days ago and it was an unforgettable experience. Each trail offers a new opportunity to appreciate an incredible variety of flora and fauna, full of exotic colors and sounds. Bird watching here is admirable and in the morning you enjoy the sounds of the monkeys. What impressed me most was the community's commitment to conservation and respect for the environment. There is a genuine effort to preserve this corner of the world for future generations, which is extremely inspiring. The facilities and services at Nicoya Silvestre are excellent. Everything is designed to guarantee a comfortable and pleasant stay, always respecting the natural balance of the place. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, which makes the experience even more special. I highly recommend Nicoya Silvestre to any nature lover and those looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. It is a place that not only revitalizes the body, but also the soul. Nicoya Silvestre is definitely a hidden treasure that deserves to be discovered and appreciated. I also recommend taking a boat trip through the Gulf of Nicoya, visiting the islands like San Lucas and eating at a floating restaurant that is simply amazing.

We are traveling Costa Rica for two months and this is by far the best place we ever visited. It is a unique little paradise with really outstanding staff. We enhanced our stay despite we could not cancel our next hotel and to pay the cancellation fee. we paid it with a smile because we could stay longer in Los Vivos. Great Beach for our Kid, for snorkeling. We could use the hotels‘ Kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and everything was included. the food in the restaurant was wonderful and so were the cocktails. this was really perfect! thank you so much!

The accommodation was fantastic! Great location close to the ferry in Punta Arenas. The hostess was incredibly kind, and her husband even gave us a ride to the bus station in the morning. Absolutely recommend!
