Nelson was an excellent host and really friendly and extremely helpful. The room has all the facilities you need and the lack of air conditioning was not really a problem. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Drake Bay and wished I had spent longer staying there during my time in Costa Rica

The house is located in a very peacefull environment few minutes walking from everything. There are only 3 rooms available so the place is always quiet, the kitchen is fully equipped and extremely clean as the rest of the house. The terrace outside is perfect to relax after a tiring day and to have dinner. You can chose your breakfast between a couple of options, the traditional one with gallo pinto is fullfilling and delicious! We had a beautiful time here and i highly recommend this place. Everything. Sabrina and Edu are exceptional and kind hosts. We felt we were welcomed into their little slice of paradise. Location: Perfect for those who want to slow-down and reconnect with nature Service and Activities: Thanks for arranging tours and excursions as well as shuttling us around for a smooth and stress-free trip. The property itself has so much to explore and do from paddling to wildlife watching, to hiking, to exploring the local surroundings. Fantastic Food: Every meal was home-made with items from scratch some of which with ingredients directly grown and sourced from the property! Ambiance: Waking up every morning to the sounds of a living breathing wildlife sanctuary... what more can I say?

The property was very clean and Javier was very helpful setting up tours and transportation to the airport. Javier is a guide at Corcovado and is connected to the guiding community so he will set up tours that work best for your schedule. The guidebooks say book the tours months in advance so I was anxious that the they would be full. I needed to just chill out and know everything would be handled properly. And It was. Don’t expect a lot of communication before arrival —everything will be good. Pura Vida! Bring cash for the tours.
