The host was very kind and accommodating and went out of his way to help us prior to our arrival. He also sent us a helpful video explaining how to get into the property and where all the ammenities were. The house was well-insulated and had a beautiful view. The kitchen was fully stocked and ideal for a self-catering place. We really enjoyed the clean, soft linen and the comfortable beds. Would highly recommend.

Everything - location was right next to Hotel Sonne bus stop from where one can take direct bus to Ost, West and Wilderswil train stations. The property has all kitchen equipments and we could even cook Indian food easily. The rooms are spacious with one bathroom on first floor and one on ground floor. Everything was excellent. The apartment is exactly according to the pictures. Spacious and very comfortable for a couple. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and even more than what is provided in other apartments. (eg baking paper). The owner of the apartment, the wonderful Irma, collects the garbage for recycling once a day, and about once every two days the normal garbage. We stayed five nights and after three nights she changed our towels. Everything we wanted we got. When the internet stopped going up, she came up to us and didn't leave until we saw that it was working again. The location is excellent. A quiet town within a very short walking distance to a train station from where you can go anywhere. to the main sites in the region and through Interlaken to any other city. There is convenient parking for guests.

This is definitely one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in and photos won't do justice on how beautiful the view is. The host is very nice and she took care of every minor request we has which made our stay more than pleasant. Looking forward to visiting again soon

Helen was just wonderful. For your info, there are 2 busses with number 103. We obviously did not notice and when we were asked to get off the bus at Brienz See stop, she came from her house to pick us up. The view you get from the room is just as the pictures. It's just a short 70m walk to the lake where you can take a stroll or run. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the bus stop from this place. 6 to the ferry which is right next to the "Crash Landing on You" site. Facilities were great. Fully functioning kitchen, large room and bath, TV, and WiFi. Hot water may run out but I just found out it's a nationwide problem.
