The staff did their best to solve the problems we had during our stay. After our first night there, we were not able to have a shower since hot water wasn't running. Mr. Donato got the technician to solve the problem but since it wasn't able to be solved (something related about a fuse), they changed us to another available room where everything worked correctly. Also and due to all this trouble, Mr. Donato and the rest of the staff decided to invite of dinner at their Mamma Mia restaurant, where they served us really amazing pizzas (a must visit even if you are not staying there). Train station is located a short walk from there (around 5 minutes walking) and location is also on the border of Chur's old town.

We had a wonderful stay at this campsite, thanks to the exceptionally polite, professional, and patient host. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for. The location itself was fantastic—peaceful, convenient, and surrounded by natural beauty. The site had everything we needed, offering great value for money. What truly stood out, though, was the kindness and professionalism of the host and entire staff. Every interaction was warm and sincere. Great host, constant communication. Just wanted a place to relax for a few days after a long trip from Italy back to Germany. Perfect for this, and the Chur area is charming. Recommend the 1.5 hour drive to the Santis mountain, and taking the cable car up for stunning views and hiking. Liechtenstein and it's famed castle very close as well. (30 min).
