Sylvia and Ross are outstanding hosts and they helped with every question we had. The offered breakfast was sensational, lovingly decorated with fresh flowers from the beautiful garden and freshly baked or cooked. We enjoyed the hospitality at this beautiful place very much, thanks so much for this. Even the deers who visited the garden every day felt comfortable here

The host is a wonderful and very attentive person! The house is luxurious and modern, everything you need is here, very clean dishes, all utensils and cups, and glasses. All furniture is high quality - wooden tables, soft sofas, rugs, high tech fridge; no any distracting private things and smells. The beds, sheets, blankets are also high quality, cotton, no cheap satins. Also towels are white and clean, everything is in one classic style, white, grey, black, very modern and unique. There is a cozy patio with a BBQ. Moreover, the floor is clean , because my socks were white all the time. Thank you so much for having us! I hope we’ll come back again.

The location was farther than I expected, but the traffic was always smooth and the view from the house was just amazing. Contacting the owner had a little time lag so that we didn't know how to unlock/lock the entrance door, but luckily we arrived the location at the same time the owner came back, so I was able to get that information. Because the summer this year has been incredibly hot, we wanted to stay AC'ed place, and this was just perfect. The owner gave us so much information, where to visit, where to eat out, what to do, and so on. Because we weren't new to Victoria, we knew what we were going to do, but such plenty information must be helpful for first time visitors for sure.

The suite was comfortable and everything was exactly as announced. The kitchen was well equipped and it was very spacious. It is also nice that you can wash and dry your laundry there. It was was directly next to a bus stop and the bus brings you downtown within 20 minutes. Would stay there again!

    Simple and clean. Loved the shower! Decent kitchenette for making breakfasts. Location was okay for driving into Greater Victoria or going to Sooke and other western points. We enjoyed the village of Metchosin, especially the little coffee shop called The Broken Paddle.
