Julia the host was very friendly, she even called and messaged us when she discovered a bag that we had left behind after checking out. Julia had thought of most things one could need. The accommodation consisted of bedroom, lounge/diner and bathroom. Everything was very clean, coffee/tea making facilities, cups etc in lounge. Large TV in lounge, large desk at end of bed. Bed lovely and comfortable. Welcome pastries and milk were found in the fridge. Welcome messages and card signed by all the family found in the lounge. Thank you Julia and family for making us feel most welcome.

Absolutely lovely BnB. The quality of this accomodation stands out compared to the many other places we have stayed. Would highly recommend. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable with excellent bed, classy decor with attractive floors and furniture. Large bathroom. Has a kitchenette. Beautiful location looking across the lagoon. Clear instructions and parameters. Parking on the street but in a cul-de-sac so was convenient and safe. We would love to have stayed longer but will return.

I had a great stay at this property. The place was exactly as described and exceeded my expectations. The washer and dryer were a big plus, making it convenient for longer stays. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the entire property was clean and well-maintained. The location is very convenient, with ample parking space available. Beautifully decorated, very cosy and clean with a backyard for children to roam and blow dandelions. Absolutely loved the ambience and especially the short distance to Colwood waterfront , my family went twice to the beach because it was so near. I loved all the amenities provided and the cute popcorn machine , thank you for the wonderful home you have provided during our stay!

Wonderful place. You have to rent a Car to come to that place, but it was worth it. It was how it was descripted. Friendly owner and animals, nice breakfast. You can choose the time when she should bring it to you. Next time I would stay longer. There would be a Kitchen too. Watch out, other persons in the comments told that in the direction from victoria to Nanaimo they ate for Dinner in a rest Stop next to the Highway near Malahat with a nice View on the bay, but this Restaurant was closed. So for Dinner you have to search Something Else or you buy Things for cooking By yourself.
