excellent and modern apartments, a convenient place near the beach (3 min). in the garden clean and big water pool. peaceful place, after 9 pm there is no loud once. On the balcony, you can have a rest in the evening. The apartment owner was very supportive and did their best to make our stay comfortable

It is a modern apartment with a full kitchen and has everything required for a happy stay. The bathroom is nice, the bed is comfortable, there is a rooftop terrace where can you relax when the weather is good. This is our second time to stay in the apartment and we will stay again.

We got met by the owners parents and taken and shown around the apartment. Everything was lovely and so much attention to detail, it had everything we needed from bin bags to washing up liquid. Spotlessly clean. We also loved our freshly ground coffee in the morning from the fantastic coffee machine in the apartment. Excellent location, pool and restaurant onsite were also lovely. Owner was on hand to answer any questions we had. Will 100% stay again if I’m back in st vlas. Definitely 10/10 from us.

The location is at 6-7 minutes from the sea and it was very quiet, even if there were a lot of tourists in the resort. The studio was very clean, organized and had everything we needed (including coffee); we did not use all the appliances because we did not need it, but it was comfortable to know that they are available. The communication with William was quick and very clear, thank you for instructions and recommendations. The check-in and check-out procedures were very simple and convenient. There are a plenty of secured parking places in the resort. William put the Netflix on our language, it was a very pleasant surprise. There are a lot of pools in the resort, but we preferred the sea, which was not at all crowded, it was clean, nice temperature of the water, fine sand. For us, the accommodation and the location were perfect.

Apartment is great. Right near the swimming pool, you just enter the door, step outside and you are near the pool. Full kitchen equipment, washing machine. Weekly cleaning with changing white towels and bed linen. Pool and hotel territory was cleaned every day. Green territory, coffee automat with wide coffee variety near reception, elevator, personal parking place, wifi, children playground, sport playground.
