Tongeren is the most beautiful historical town, we loved and visited all of the roman history and museums and this accomodation was perfectly placed for that. The heritage of this part of town is gorgeous with walking paths and gardens, canals and roman walls. The accomodation is 3 levels on the ground floor a lovely entry to hang coats/shoes etc and a beautiful dining area over the cobblestone pathway, the kitchen is generously stocked with loads of coffee and everything you need just like you would have at home and unlike many holiday rentals. Also on the ground floor is a toilet room and large perfectly equipped laundry which we appreciated and even a separate freezer, The accomodation is modern but retains all of the charm that matches the town, the neighbourhood is very old some home displaying dates of medieval origin. The next level is the lounge area, tv and balcony and large gorgeous resort style bathroom with amazing bath and big open windows to the fresh air and the bird life. The balcony at the front of the townhouse overlooks the trees , old properties and you can people watch as you enjoy a coffee, we loved this every day. The top level is the 2 bedrooms the steps are old style, the depth of the steps is probably not enough for most feet so take care. Lovely upstairs again the loft style windows , fans available for cooling. The hosts were very generous thank you to them for making our stay special, wifi excellent. Good lighting throughout. Very quiet location. Dont miss the sunday antique fair look it up its amazing.

My stay at AntiQua & Qook B&B was truly wonderful and comes highly recommended. The bedrooms were not only stunning but also impressively spacious, immaculately clean, and filled with invigorating natural light. Plus, the Wi-Fi signal was strong, which was a big plus. Private parking added to the convenience, and the B&B's location proved exceptionally practical, especially for my work conference in Awans – just a quick 10-minute drive away. To make things even better, there's a fantastic dining option within easy walking distance, and a delightful bakery is just around the corner. The owner's exceptional friendliness and attentiveness made my stay truly memorable. Despite my late arrival, she displayed remarkable understanding and waited up for me. What truly sets this B&B apart is its unparalleled tranquility. In a world where background noise is often a constant, the peacefulness here was a pleasant surprise. The room even featured a silent air conditioning system, which was a welcome touch on a chilly night, ensuring both comfort and warmth. The following morning, I enjoyed a delightful breakfast that set the perfect tone for the day ahead. And let's not forget the beds – they were incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. In summary, I can't speak highly enough of AntiQua & Qook B&B. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view from the terrace. Waking up surrounded by greenery and tranquility felt like the perfect escape. We loved the peaceful area, and the owners were very kind. Sandra even gave us suggestions for nearby places to visit. At Boerderaaj they offered two breakfast options, and we went with the simple one. It was still generous in quantity and everything was fresh.

Superb hosts, a real family business in a quiet little village! Great food in the restaurant (choose the chef's menu, no doubt), good breakfast buffet. Lovely garden with an in ground heated swimming pool (perfect for relaxing after a hot day). In the room beds with really good pillows/mattress, smart tv and a more than welcome A/C unit. Wish I stayed longer instead of moving on!
