The hosts are impeccable! As soon as you enter, you can see the diligence of the hosts and their desire to make their guests feel at home! The apartment is super cozy and comfortable. The bathroom is wonderful, super comfortable and warm, in addition, quality shower gel and shampoo and hand gel are provided. The terrace is great. cute, big and perfect for smokers. The coffee machine and coffee provided is just another big plus.Location-perfect! The metro station is 5 minutes away, after 3 stops you are in front of the Cathedral. The neighborhood is rich in restaurants, shops and everything you need. you! We travel often, your apartment is one of our favorites! Glad we were lucky enough to stay with you! Thank you!

We had a very very pleasant stay at one of the beautiful Weltwien apartments. Gundula and Michi have welcomed us so warm and gently, we immediately felt at home. We loved to chat with these two and appreciated all the tips and tricks they had for us. Thanks to them, we found the best Vietnamese just around the corner, In general, you can just feel the warmth and joy they have for their jobs. The apartments are super modern and everything is brand new. Even though the opening was only 2 months ago, they thought of every detail and there was nothing we did miss. We loved the welcome snacks and welcome drink, the possibility to excercise in one of the big rooms on the ground floor and the option to do laundry. The rooms are spacious and super convenient. The furniture and the design is very chic. We especially loved the art pieces from the owner's wife. It makes everything so personal and unique. Overall, everything in the house is just sophisticated beautiful and designed with an eye for the detail. Depending on your personal situation, you will definitely find the perfect apartment from the multiple different options available. For summer months, you should for sure get one with a balcony - they look super calm and nice. A safe parking garage is nearby (~3min) and for luggage drop on and of you will get a special permit from Michi - so don't worry about that. All in all, it was just great. The apartment has a perfect location — right in front of the metro, yet the windows open to a quiet garden instead of a busy street. The balcony overlooks a hidden gem- garden, and in autumn the view was especially magical. Check-in was smooth, and the host responded very quickly through Booking.com messages. The first night, I didn’t understand how to activate the heating, but even though it was late, they guided me through it easily. A few days later, I asked to change towels, and they were very flexible and kept their promise. The apartment itself is spotless, with a stylish entrance and lovely stairs. The kitchen is very well-equipped — from the coffee machine to all the small details we needed to make great breakfasts every morning before exploring the city. I absolutely loved everything about this apartment and will definitely come back!

So happy to have discovered Rioca! From the moment we arrived we felt at home. All the staff were so friendly and informative. Great suggestions on using public transport - getting around - interesting places to visit. Having an apartment rather than a room was so much more relaxing when your staying longer. The fridge was particularly useful during the very hot summer weather. The buffet style breakfast was always fresh and plentiful with a choice of indoor or al fresco. The other thing to mention is quality and style of Rioca it really is great value for money. I just can't find fault anywhere. I just wish there was more of them around Europe. Brilliant place to stay!!!!!!

We were super dissatisfied with everything. There was nothing wrong with it. The location is the best possible, everything was close and convenient. The best christmas bazaars are within walking distance. We used transport from the airport, a bus (VAL2), which stops literally 5 minutes from the apparatus. I am in awe of the staff who answer every question immediately and are super responsive with whatever we asked them for. I recommend and if I visit Vienna again, my throne will definitely be there again. :)

I liked my stay, although this is in the area of 20th district, it is very close to the 2nd one, and the tram stop is in front of the hotel, number 2 ,which goes to every important places one will need in Vienna. The room was very big, enogh space for everything, the shower is also well functioning, and it was clean. The check-in process lasts a little bit longer, as i understood they have multiple digital technologies involved in the process, which makes a bit complicated for the staff. For staying 3 days i never ask to clean my room, so i cannot say how often they change the towels, but i would recommend this hotel. Would stay here again.
